your Meat Maître’d is back

Stoneburner is bringing back it's Meat Maître'd series. Join us for the first installation, as we welcome Coro Foods to the slicer. 

Coro has been curing meat in Seattle for over 20 years. Through their outpost at Salumi, in Pioneer Square, they have quietly built a cult following for their innovative methods, perfected by old-world techniques. 

Coro will be in house May 4th from 4pm-8pm slicing favorites and serving guests. Aperitifs and boards will be served alongside Stoneburner's usual accoutrements, perfect for an early supper or casual snacking. Stoneburner's  bar is first come seating, but reservations are accepted in the restaurant.
